1. BEGIN YOUR DAY WITH PRAYER AND GIVING THANKS
2. READ MOTIVATIONAL OR SPIRITUAL WORDS TO HELP START YOUR DAY
3. MEDITATE EARLY IN THE MORNING
4. EXERCISE DAILY AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OR LONGER
5. INCORPORATE MORE FRUITS, VEGETABLES, NUTS, GRAINS AND WATER INTO YOUR DIET
6. MOTIVATE, UPLIFT AND INSPIRE OTHERS
7. AVOID BEING AROUND NEGATIVE PEOPLE, SITUATIONS AND THINGS, WHEREVER POSSIBLE
8. REMOVE YOURSELF FROM ANYTHING OR ANYONE THAT WILL BRING YOUR ENERGY LEVEL DOWN
